RunFit allows you to showcase your weekly running and walking progress directly on your Apple Watch faces. It boasts a straightforward native design, supports various complications, provides automatic data refresh, and more.

These metrics offer insight into your weekly training efforts. Each week resets on the first day to mark the start of a new training cycle.

TRENDS
Compare your last week's training performance with your historical data. Positive progress is indicated by upward arrows, while challenges are denoted by downward trends. Your training history is securely stored in iCloud, ensuring seamless transition if you upgrade your Apple Watch.

ALWAYS ON YOUR WRIST
Individual stats are displayed as separate complications that refresh automatically (approximately every 15 minutes). This feature allows for quick access to your running data by customizing your preferred watch face without opening the app. With watchOS 7, all three stats can now be displayed on a single watch face, requiring the latest Apple Watch software for optimal functionality.

QUALITY TIME
Quality time represents the minutes spent during the week running at or above your designated pace. This pace can be set within the app to ensure adequate effort during runs. Quality minutes serve as a valuable tool to maintain a balanced training regimen and are specific to running workouts.

NOTIFICATIONS
Easily monitor your quality percentage throughout the week with notifications indicating excessive intensity. This feature helps guide pacing decisions for more effective training.

SUPPORTS YOUR FAVORITE WORKOUT APPS
RunFit seamlessly integrates with various iOS workout apps such as Strava and Garmin Connect through Health app data synchronization on your iPhone. Data from Apple Watch's Workout app is also compatible, providing versatility in tracking your workouts.

TOTAL PRIVACY
Your privacy is paramount with RunFit as it refrains from using user analytics or transmitting any data, given its serverless architecture. All activities and information remain solely on your Apple Watch for enhanced security.
